As of the date of this order, and by my Authority as Commanding Officer, HMS Callisto (BC-722), I hereby announce that Spacer 3/C Seth J. Bonder (RMN-2167-16), having the necessary time in grade and having completed the necessary training with High Honours, is hereby promoted to Spacer 2/C (E-2) effective this date.
